Denny’s offering a free ‘Build Your Own Grand Slam’ breakfast on Veterans Day 2021

Denny’s restaurants are again offering a free Build Your Own Grand Slam breakfast to veterans on Veterans Day 2021.

Active, inactive and military personnel with a valid military ID or DD 214 can get the free breakfast 5 to 11 a.m. on Nov. 11 in-store only.

With the Build Your Own Grand Slam, diners have a choice of four items from a menu of more than 10 selections including pancakes, eggs made to order, bacon, buttermilk biscuits and hash browns.

Denny’s restaurants also will be taking its Mobile Relief Diner on a “Heroes Tour” to deliver hot, free meals to veterans.

“As veterans continue to feel the effects of the pandemic, it’s important now more than ever to honor America’s heroes” said John Dillon, chief brand officer for Denny’s. “This year, we look forward to welcoming them into our booths and launching our second annual Heroes Tour to show our gratitude and support for both veterans and active military personnel.”
